What It Costs
One flat number for a standard house call. An hourly rate when the job's too variable for that to make sense. No hidden add-on until you're already committed.
Homeowners OnlyResidential Locate $200
Flat rate, one house. Covers electric, gas, water and irrigation, cable and internet, and propane where it applies.
Contractors OnlyCommercial Locate $250/hr
One-hour minimum. Billed hourly since commercial sites vary too much in size and line density for a flat number.
Homeowners & ContractorsFault Find $250/fault
Traces where a cable or line has actually failed. Only one fault can be traced at a time; a second stays hidden until the first is repaired.
Homeowners OnlyFault Repair $1,000/fault
On top of the find charge. Homeowners only. Electrical contractors get the fault location; the repair stays in your scope.

Emergency Locate $350/hr
One-hour minimum. Same-day, off-schedule locate when it can't wait for a normal booking slot.

Concrete Scanning Quote
Slab size, thickness, and access all move the number. Tell us the scope, get a price before anything's booked.

Right-of-Way From $250/hr
Corridor and easement work, billed hourly against the same variables as commercial sites.

Directional Boring Quote
Bore length and ground conditions swing the cost too much for a flat rate to hold up.
