We provide locates for
the following services:

Residential
$175 Flat
Entire lots of single-family homes are covered in residential locates. Locates may include power, water, gas, communications, irrigation in a case-by-case situation, and sewer (not scoped and must have exterior cleanouts). Please reference the sewer scope sections for details.

Commercial
$225/HR (1 HR MINIMUM)
Commercial locates start at $225.00 an hour with a one-hour minimum charge that includes water, storm if accessible, power, gas, fire lines, and sewer if it has exterior clean out only. Any other type of sewer locates will be discussed on a case-by-case basis. Please reference the sewer scope tab for further details.

Directional Boring

HPLS does locates for all your HDD projects. We also help verify 811 lines if you can not find the lines that were marked, as well as if you are having trouble getting 811 locators out to your job site and are at a standstill. Bore locates start at $225 an hour with a one-hour minimum but prices vary and I will provide a bid if necessary before the project starts. Please note that HPLS does not take responsibility for 811 lines.

R.O.W

HPLS provides locates for you to engineer future projects in the R.O.W. Mapping will be provided as well for an added cost. You are more than welcome to send out your own surveyors after the locating is completed. Prices for this are on a case-by-case basis and a bid will be provided. Please contact HPLS for more details.

Sewer Scoping
$550 Flat
The price for a sewer scope and locate is $550.00. Included in this is the scope, the locate, and the video. Sewer locates are for exterior clean-outs only. If interior locates are needed, the customer is responsible for removing toilets and whatever else is needed to perform the locate. HPLS is not responsible for removing and replacing toilets, wax seals, or drain grates.

Fault Finding
$250/Fault
Fault finds are $250.00 per fault. If you would like HPLS to repair your fault, it is $1000.00 to dig it up and repair it. Parts are included in the price.
Please note that if there is more than one fault, the first fault must be fixed before HPLS can find the second one, and for each fault after that.
